We were lucky enough to get married there in March this year (2021) and our day could not have gone better if we tried. Jess and her family are the most accommodating hosts, going above and beyond for us. The station is the most stunning location, providing the perfect backdrop for all your wedding photos and videos. The accommodation was simply stunning! One of the nicest places we have ever stayed, and we will be back for sure.
We really don’t think there’s enough kind words to describe just how much it meant to us to be able to have our wedding at Moira Station. We felt a part of the family and we are truly grateful to the Smith family for all that they have done for us. You will regret not having Moira Station as your wedding venue. Their warmth and passion towards past weddings and down-to-earth attitudes immediately made Moira seem like the perfect fit for our wedding. The station itself is beautiful, with well-maintained buildings and lush green lawns, which created a magical backdrop. Our wedding ceremony was near the lake, the cocktail hour at the men’s quarters, and the reception in the grassed courtyard. The team worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the day was perfect. Jess was readily available throughout the planning process, and the team went above and beyond to ensure that no hiccups were noticed on the day of the wedding.
